Comentário: podia ser uma apreciação à falta de lucidez como as políticas económicas, sociais, educativas e culturais vêem sendo conduzidas em Portugal nos últimos (já muitos) anos; infelizmente, não há sequer uma área governativa que nisso se distinga.
